MHF ONLINE STUDIO
– Observe Margreet Honig Teaching Teachers
The Online Studio offers a unique opportunity to observe Margreet Honig as she imparts her wisdom to aspiring vocal teachers. Set in an intimate living room environment, utilizing the You Tube platform, a single camera perspective, and one microphone, participants can gain insight into the dynamics of how a small group delves into the art of teaching.
The Online Studio provides you with the chance to remotely peer into Margreet Honig’s teaching practice, offering a glimpse into the intricacies of her craft.
Please note that the sessions will be conducted in English.
BEING TAUGHT TO TEACH
Each student is different. Teaching a healthy vocal technique takes patience and a lot of practice. Margreet Honig has dedicated her time and attention over the years to training singers and now she shifts her focus to teachers in this course. Online participants in Studio MHF enhance their ability to hear and see what needs to be done by observing active participants working under the guidance of Margreet Honig.
THE ONLINE EXPERIENCE
Studio MHF offers 9 online sessions in one curriculum-year in which you can observe active teachers teach their own students and get immediate feedback from Margreet herself. The active participants will study professional literature which will also be made available to the online participants. There will be guest teachers during the season.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Singers who actively teach can apply for this experience. Margreet Honig and her team at MHF will select the candidates.

Application deadline: October 17
Fee for ONLINE STUDIO MHF is € 500, including VAT for 1 year, excluding study materials. The amount can be paid in up to 4 equal instalments.
* Studio MHF is a 2-year training program.
* Session duration: 3.5 hours.
* The online sessions will be scheduled on the following dates:
9 June (closing session with group 2) *
All days: 13.30-17.00.
You can also watch the sessions later, in your own time (probably on YouTube, or via a link on Zoom).
